Inside the Villa

The accommodation is arranged as a living area on the ground floor and 6 bedrooms with two spacious and modern bathrooms on the 1st floor upstairs.

The accommodation on the ground floor consists of a fully equipped newly fitted kitchen (electric cooker x 2), washing machine, dishwasher, fridge x 2, full range of cooking equipment including a toaster, coffee maker, blender, electric kettle, sandwich maker etc. There is also a spacious dining area with table and chairs, and a large stone fireplace, which makes the room very cosy if lit outside the hot season.

The kitchen/dining room leads into an L shaped sitting room which has 4 French windows allowing outstanding views of the surrounding pinewood-covered hills and of the terrace and sea beyond. From the comfort of your seat on one of the sofas you can keep your eye on what is going on at sea and beyond with sofas, coffee tables and side lights, home cinema, , music centre, and cane furniture with several French windows onto the vine covered terrace/veranda.

Upstairs there are six spacious bedroomswith outside access staircases from both sides and a magnificent balcony the length of the house overlooking the cobalt sea and pine woods. Each bedroom has bedside tables and reading lights, four of them with wardrobes and double beds and two with bunk beds and huge mirrored built in cupboards. All the bedrooms and hallway are fitted with Tuscan terracotta tiles to ensure a cool environment in the heat of the summer

With the six bedrooms, up to 12 people can be accommodated which could easily consist of two families holidaying together. If required, two further guests can be accommodated on comfortable fold up beds. Each of the double bedrooms opens onto the balcony where there are wooden sun loungers and a swing seat. Nothing is nicer than sleeping under the stars on the balcony if the mood takes you.

Our Jacuzzi baths, one in each of the two airy bathrooms are a perfect way to start or end the day, relaxing in the tub and pampering yourself with a water massage! And the bathrooms themselves are an attractive space with their tasteful Apulian tiles, their granite work surfaces and huge mirrors. Each has a separate shower and one is also equipped with a bidet.

There is also a downstairs WC and solar heated outside shower for the convenience of those coming back from the beach who may simply want to enjoy a quick lunch on the terrace and then get back to the sun loungers on the balcony which runs the length of the house, or to the sea front sun beds which can be conveniently placed on the quayside to one side of the beach.
Pillows, duvets and bed linen are provided (as are tea towels), but you need to bring your own towels (though we do provide some emergency towels stored in the bathroom cupboards).
